Beer Reflecting Life

Just spoke to one of the brewers at Highside Brewery in Frisco, Colorado. He told me they have to oxygenate the yeast with about sixteen times as much as they do below 8000 ft. elevation in order for the yeast to reproduce enough during the brewing process!

Roberto Santos is from the remote island of Saipan, in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. He has since lived in Japan and the Hawaiian Islands, and has made Colorado his current home, where he is a web developer, musician, avid outdoorsman and prolific reader.
